Bite sized chicken pieces, marinated with garlic and dukkuh then roasted and served with a tomato chilli jam mayo.
Pork Belly Bites w/ hoisin glaze (df, gf)
Pork belly braised overnight, pressed and crisped up, glazed in a hoisin dressing
Marinated cherry tomato, basil and bocconcini skewers (gf, v)Cherry tomatoes, marinated in a garlic, rosemary and lemon infused oil, skewered with fresh mozzarella and basil leaves.
Pumpkin and haloumi fritter w/ hot honey drizzle (v)
